CollecDev is a real estate development company based in Toronto, Ontario that focuses on sustainable building practices. I wanted to create a design and visual identity that better reflected their values, goals, and activities. The bold, gold block reflects what they do, while maintaining sophistication.

I love the interplay between the typeface and symbol that cater and reflect building development, but also the architectural characteristics of CollecDev's buildings. The colours and studiness of the logo make it memorable and unique.

This was an independent project as part of the Graphic Design program.
